What is a Hawaiian trip without enjoying an evening of cultural performances, open bar (with lots of mai tai! :P) and buffet featuring the famous Hawaiian Kahlua Pig? Set in the luscious gardens of the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Spa, we were mesmerized by the singing, dancing and even the fire performance – as the sun sets over the island of Kauai…

3. Things to do in Kauai Hawaii – Poipu Beach
The one thing that Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Spa lacked was a beach that had opportunities for snorkeling. However, fret not, Poipu Beach nearby offers some great snorkeling opportunities and you may even get to see the resident Hawaiian Monk Seals reveling in the sun!
