Terms and Conditions
Your participation in 2bearbear’s “We are 5!” Giveaway (“The Giveaway ”) shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein. The following are the Terms and Conditions of The Giveaway,
1. Competition opens from now till midnight (Singapore time) of 22 May 2016. Entries after the deadline will not be considered for the “We are 5!” giveaway.
2. Winners will be notified via Instagram and/or Email. The winner with the highest number of Instagram “Likes” will have priority in choosing from the list of prizes state above. Should the winner not be contactable or should the winner decides to forfeit the prize, the next winner in line shall be notified accordingly.
3. Photos and information provided are for information purposes only. Actual stays and food sponsored may differ.
4. Hotel stays, staycations and restaurant visits are subject to availability of the respective sponsors. Winners shall notify sponsors in advance to confirm availability on the day(s) of their visit.
5. Judge’s decision is final. 2bearbear.com will also make the final decision should there be a tie in the number of “Likes” at the deadline of “We are 5!” Giveaway.
6. Winners shall not exchange or trade prizes for cash or any other product with the sponsors. Prizes by themselves have no cash value.
7. “We are 5!” Giveaway is open to all nationalities. Participants should be aware of the countries where the prizes are valid before participation in The Giveaway.
8. Participants must accumulate a minimum of 20 “Likes” per entry for prize considerations.
9. By entering in The Giveaway, you agree for 2bearbear.com to use your name, identity and experience for conclusion of The Giveaway. A photo submission is required from winners at the venue of their prize of preference.
10. By entering The Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless 2bearbear.com and members of this campaign, from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection to The Giveaway or the acceptance of the Prize.
11. Winners are liable for any additional costs or taxes incurred during their stay or visit that are not included in the prizes provided by the sponsors. Air tickets are not included for overseas hotel stays.
12. 2bearbear.com reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion.
13. 2bearbear.com reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend “We are 5!” Giveaway if, in its sole judgment, The Giveaway is not capable of being conducted as specified.
14. Competition is open to entrants residing in Singapore only.
