Blossom Lounge is currently the only Priority Pass Lounge at Changi Airport Terminal 4. Having read the various negative reviews of Blossom Lounge online, we were keen to find out if any of it was true. Afterall, having visited most of the Priority Pass lounges in Singapore, we have yet to see reviews that described a lounge as dilapidated – almost. This, we’ve got to see…

About Blossom Lounge Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 4
Terminal 4 of Changi Airport is used to house budget/low-cost airlines. However, that doesn’t mean that Terminal 4 is a “budget terminal”. In fact, since its opening in 2017, Terminal 4 boasts the state-of-the-art FAST (Fast And Seamless Travel) System that provide travellers with a quick transit through the customs. There’s also beautiful art installations such as PetalClouds as well as duty-free shopping that resembles that of the main terminals – making the entire journey through T4, an excellent experience altogether. There’s even a full-fledged airport lounge here – Blossom Lounge…
From the photo above, Blossom Lounge seems to be a lounge that is utilised by SATS Premier Lounge and Plaza Premium Lounge. This means that there should be a certain level of quality attached. Despite all the negative comments that we saw online, Blossom Lounge is actually quite a decent lounge with sufficient seating space, different seating options as well as sufficiently palatable food options…
Seats at Blossom Lounge Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 4
Firstly, there are many different types of seating available at Blossom Lounge…
Whether you’re looking for a private seat with cushions, a seat with a view (overlooking Heritage Zone of Terminal 4) or simply have a meal at dining tables prior to your flight, Blossom Lounge have them all covered. Our favourite seat is the ones at the corner of the lounge overlooking the Peranakan Houses of the Heritage Zone – perfect with a beer or a glass of wine 😊

Food Options at Blossom Lounge Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 4
Many of reflected that the food at Blossom Lounge ain’t that good. This is simply not true. At Blossom Lounge, you’ll be able to find hot food options, cereals for the kids, a salad bar, cheese platter as well as a small selection of breads/pastry…
In terms of selection, Blossom Lounge had a good variety that caters to the hungry travellers, young travellers and also those who just feel slightly peckish. Our favourite is again the Laksa. Somehow, the gravy is not as thick as the ones from SATS Lounge but they still taste good nonetheless. We also enjoyed the salad bar with fresh vegetables, capsicum and even olives…

Blossom Lounge Review at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 4 – Beverage Options
In terms of beverages, there are non-alcoholic selection such as coke, lemon tea and soda water. The alcoholic options were rather decent – including hard liquor, wines and beer. For hard liquors, you can find bourbon, gin and vodka. There’s also Spanish Red and White wines. Lastly, there’s Cheers Lager – a not-so-common choice among lounges in Singapore. A quick search online revealed that the brands – Torre Tallada, Propeller and Cheers are rather cheap options. Nonetheless, the lounge does check all the boxes for the alcoholic options and we found the red blend to be surprisingly good too.
Lastly, there’s a soft drinks counter as well as a coffee machine in Blossom Lounge. After our meal, we had the latte which was not too shabby. Within the lounge, there’s also showering facilities – approach the reception to access it.
During our recent trip to Phu Quoc, we flew by AirAsia and left via Terminal 4. During this visit, we also found out that despite visiting at 6:30am in the morning, the laksa was also available!
The laksa is the flavourful and thick version that we love. Add the laksa leaf for added flavour! As for the drinks, we also found sparkling wine along with the grape-flavoured Taiwan Beer!
Finding the wine allowed us to DIY our mimosa using the orange juice available at the drinks bar. A great start to the morning, reminded us of our breakfast mimosas for our Royal Caribbean Cruises. Lastly, we also found ice cream!
Udders Ice Cream no less. Even though it was just the vanilla flavour, it was still creamy, rich and yummy! Enjoy!
On a separate visit, we found the area opposite the lounge to be opened up. Previously, it was cordoned off. Although the bar at this new area was not opened, the TV was switched on and it offers guests more comfy seats and space to chill at Blossom Lounge T4.

All in all, we found Blossom Lounge to meet the expectations of an airport lounge. Despite all the negative reviews, all we’ve got to say is that “we’ve seen worse” and Blossom Lounge must have taken in all the negative feedback and improved on them. That said, we visited during a non-peak period (late afternoon) and that could have altered our assessment of the lounge somewhat. Nonetheless, with the re-opening of our borders and better staffing in the coming months, Blossom Lounge should be able to maintain a pretty good standard of food and service for travellers transiting through Terminal 4 of Changi Airport in Singapore!
