What We Had with Priority Pass at Corretto Cafe & Bar Brisbane Airport (International Terminal)
Ambience of Corretto Cafe & Bar Brisbane Airport

Corretto Cafe & Bar Brisbane Airport Menu

Located at Level 4 of Brisbane Airport, Corretto Cafe & Bar allows Priority Pass members to have a credit of $36 AUD per person. As we had arrived early at Brisbane Airport, only the breakfast menu was available. Thankfully on our next visit, we were able to try out some other items on the menu (other than its breakfast offerings.)

During this visit, we had the
– Corretto Full Breakfast with Avocado ($27+4)
– Eggs Benny with Smoked Salmon ($20+5)
– Large Flat White ($6.9)
– Chocolate Croissant ($8.8)
The total came up to $71.8, just below the $72 entitlement for 2 Priority Pass visitors.
First and foremost, we must say that the presentation of the food was really pretty. As you can see the avocado of the Corretto Full Breakfast (with Avocado) was sliced and spread nicely. The eggs and ingredients are also placed neatly on the plate. Likewise, the Eggs Benny had a nice hollandaise on it, with the smoked salmon at the side. There were a few things that we enjoyed but a couple that we didnt. The crisp texture of sour dough bread as well as the layers of the croissant were what we really liked. However, the bacon and chorizo were too salty for our liking.
Thankfully, water is self-served and complimentary for guests.

On our 2nd visit returning from Brisbane to Bali, we ordered the
– Angus Beef and Mozzarella Burger ($25)
– Mushroom and Spinach Pasta ($24)
– Iced Chai ($7.5)
– Bricklane Beer ($15.5 – Japanese Style Lager)
We were actually very satisfied with the Mushroom and Spinach Pasta ($24) which came out to be FANTASTIC. Rich, creamy and cheesy with loads of spinach and mushroom inside. Absolutely delectable. Excellent dish overall. As for the Angus, the patty was a little thin but had the rich beefy flavours. Also, the fries were so crisp. Yum!
On this visit, we also tried out the Japanese Style Lager – Bricklane Beer which was also delicious. We enjoyed it while watching the local gameshows at Corretto Cafe. Nice cushioned seats as well.
