Eventasty Noodle Bar (aka 一碗田) was where we headed to after our staycation at Fairmont Singapore. We initially chanced upon it because of the 50% discount on Eatigo. This meant that Sichuan Pickles Noodle with Hot and Sour Soup and the Marinated Beef Shank Dry Noodle cost only $7 per bowl! Moreover, Eventasty is known for its hand-pulled noodle (aka La Mian), with each bowl, made to order. This we’ve got to try…

Right off the bat, ladies would fall in love with the interior decorations of Eventasty Noodle Bar. Tiffany colours! The soothing colours were definitely welcoming as we settled down to make our orders. As we were having the 50% discount promotion, we also ordered some dishes such as the signature shredded cucumber and beancurd skin salad as well as the marinated pork stomach.
As each bowl of noodles is made to order, you’ll be able to see the chef prepare your noodles through the open kitchen within the store.
Eventasty Noodle Bar Funan Mall Review
First up, the Hot and Sour soup. It was definitely hot and spicy! The sourish taste was mild and inviting. Together, it was savoury and rich broth and complemented the hand-pulled noodles well. Sliced marbled beef was tender, served in shabu shabu style. Love it. Just don’t sip the soup too quickly yah?
As for the dry noodles, we enjoyed the fried shallots oil and mushroom taste within. Prefer the broth version of the noodles though. Great bowl of dry noodles nonetheless.
Love the salad which was really refreshing and appetizing. The pork stomach was respectable. No gamey taste at all.

All in all our meal came up to slightly less than $20, inclusive of taxes. For the price, we’d definitely return when our la mian pangs get triggered. If we were to return, we’d definitely try out the signature tomato soup noodles. If you have tried it, let us know more in our comments section below!
