There is a long walkway at Fortitude Brewing Co. that leads to the brewery itself. Along the way, you’ll also find the Tamborine Cheese Shop right next to Fortitude Brewing Co., where you can savour a variety of cheeses available – some that complement craft beers as well. As you walk further past the seating area to where the fermentation tanks are, you’ll also come across a small souvenir shop where they sell shirts, growlers, bottle gloves and soft toys.

For our lunch at Fortitude Brewing Co. Tamborine Mountain, we ordered the craft beers of Hawaiian Hazy IPA ($15) and Hoogley Session Ale ($14) as well as Spicy Buffalo Wings ($15) to share. Both craft beers were refreshing and we particularly enjoyed the Hazy IPA with its refreshing tropical notes. As for the Spicy Buffalo Wings, it was not the juiciest but definitely better than the originator of buffalo wings in Buffalo’s Anchor Bar. Nonetheless, the blue cheese dip added the moisture that it was lacking and together with the flavours from the spicy hot sauce, made this dish finger-linking good. In fact, we wiped the meat off all the bones, including the wing tips!
