Tom Hyperion Brewing Company in Jacksonville was our last brewery at Jacksonville for the day. By this time, we had already visited Engine 15 Brewery & Kitchen, Bold City Brewing Company as well as Aardwolf Brewing Company. But, for the sake of our readers, we have to “sacrifice” and try out Hyperion, especially their now famed Phoebe’s PB Porter…
About Hyperion Brewing Company
Opened in 2017, Hyperion Brewing Company is located in the historic Springfield in Jacksonville. As you can see from the photos above, the indoors seats are cozy with cushioned seats while the outdoor seats at the Helios Beer Garden provide a tranquil oasis with Kate’s favourite fairy lights. What We Had at Hyperion Brewing Company
For our last brewery for the evening, we tried out the Kronos Imperial IPA ($8) and Phoebe’s PB Porter ($8) at Hyperion Brewing Company. The Kronos Imperial IPA was not as rich and flavourful as expected, slightly on the lighter side. However, we loved the Phoebe’s PB Porter that had accentuate flavours of peanut butter. Robust and rich, which explains why its a firm favourite at Hyperion Brewing Company.

While we enjoyed Phoebe’s PB Porter, we found that prices are a little more expensive with lesser variety of beers here at Hyperion Brewing Company. Nonetheless, if you’re looking for a quality Peanut Butter Porter and a comfortable atmosphere to chill and catch up with friends, Hyperion could be a venue to check out while you’re here in Jacksonville Florida!
