Inside, we love the country-style and homely interior decorations. You can see lots of wooden panelling, furnishings and furnitures within. If you look closely on the top that lines the restaurant, you’ll also find many different types of cookie jars on display! This is so cool and local! Upon entering, we paid our buffet at a total of $33 for 2 people. We also added a tip on the card which the cashier returned to us in cash. This allowed us to place the tip at the table before we leave.

The buffet selection at Ole Times Country Buffet and BBQ is very extensive. No matter your preferences, you’d likely be able to find something that suits your tastes. For vegans, you’ll find a great selection of salads and condiments as well as cooked vegetables (spinach and beans). For carnivores (like us), you’ll be happy to find barbecue meats, fried chicken, fish and chips and even grilled chicken. For desserts, you can choose from pies, cakes, cinnamon rolls and more! With so much choice at Ole Times Country Buffet, we found ourselves going for seconds and thirds and more…😅

We actually enjoyed alot of the food selection at Ole Times Country Buffet. If we were to choose, we really enjoyed the fried chicken, fried pork cutlet and grilled chicken which were all very juicy inside and for the fried items, crisp on the outside. We also found the cabbage “soup” to be pretty good because it tasted like what we could get in Singapore. The cabbage, simmered with pork, slow-cooked overtime. Yum! The baked sweet potato was excellent too. No additional sugars, just natural ones from the sweet potato itself.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ole Times Country Buffet. The food selection was excellent and alot of them tasted great as well. Moreover at $16.5USD per person, it is very affordable. We also saw some patrons getting a box, fill up and go, probably for a lower fixed price as well. If we were to compare Ole Times Country Buffet and Golden Corral, we’d definitely recommend Ole Times Country Buffet, given its wide selection of food and also so many excellent fried and BBQ items. If you’re looking for a buffet meal in southeast USA (i.e. Georgia, Alabama and Florida), remember to give Ole Times Country Buffet a try!
