Poulet 4 Course Feast Review – What We Had
This time, we went with the Half Chicken with choice of mushroom cream sauce ($19.90) and Truffle Risotto ($18.90)…
Poulet 4 Course Feast Review – Our Recommendations
For starters, we’d recommend the Salad de Paris. The salad was appetizing and had a great combination of vegetables, fruits and nuts. The French Onion Soup on the hand was as how it should be but nothing fancy.
For mains, we’d strongly recommend both our choices above. For the signature Poulet Half Chicken, it was tender and flavourful. You could taste the sweetness of the meat and the well-roasted aroma. As for the Truffle Risotto, it was filled with rich truffle goodness on each bite. The flavours were infused into the risotto and it was good that we literally licked the plate clean!
As for beverage, we’d recommend the Homemade Brazilian Lemonade. There’s a little bit of yoghurty, milky taste with each sip of the Lemonade. Reminded us a little of the Japanese Calpis drink. If we had to go back again, we’d definitely go for 2 glasses of it! 😋
Lastly, for dessert, the milk pudding was EXCELLENT! Savoured the milky goodness slowly. Rich, smooth and silky with each mouthful of the pudding. The slight sweetness from the maple syrup and texture from crushed biscuit made this simple dessert a perfect ending to a great meal!
