Before the arrival of Changi Lounge at Jewel, The Haven by JetQuay was the only landside lounge that you can access using Priority Pass. However, being located at Jewel, Changi Lounge is not directly within the Terminal areas and can be quite a walk away. Hence, for ease of access to the Terminals, The Haven by JetQuay is probably the better choice for landside lounge access.
If you’re a holder of the Citi Prestige Credit Card, you’ll be able to enjoy unlimited access to all Priority Pass lounges worldwide. This time, we took the opportunity to check out most of the Priority Pass Lounges available at Singapore Changi Airport.
Even though the Haven by JetQuay is a lounge located on the landside (i.e. you don’t have clear immigrations first), you will still have to produce your boarding pass to show that you are departing from Changi airport on the same day. Although the Priority Pass app doesn’t say when you can start to access the lounge, Priority Pass’ instructions for Changi Lounge at Jewel (another airport lounge on the landside) indicates that “Lounge is only accessible 4 hours before flight departure”.
Nonetheless, we managed to visit the Haven this time though our flight was more than 4 hours out. Thanks guys!

Review of the Haven by JetQuay Landside Terminal 3 Changi Airport
Upon arrival at the lounge, all we had to do was to show our boarding pass along with our Priority Pass card. A quick signature and we’re done. In our experience, we still think that having the physical Priority Pass card may sometimes be better than using the Digital Access – well, until PP makes it compulsory for all travellers to do so. Boarding Pass, Card, Swipe, Sign. It’s that simple.
Thereafter, we were introduced to the food menu as well as another menu that shows the shower, nap rooms, conference room and lounge access rates for the Haven by JetQuay…
Next, we checked out the “spread” at the Haven by JetQuay…
Food at the Haven by JetQuay Landside T3 Singapore Changi Airport
After walking down the isle (see picture above) to the end of the corridor, we arrived at the food section and immediately noticed 2 things. Firstly, there’s no alcohol selection! Secondly, there are only nibbles (i.e. sandwiches, biscuits, fruits, instant noodles) and no hot food buffet spread.
Hence, when Priority Pass mentions “Refreshments” (see general information above), it really does mean that. Hence, we walked back to the counter to order our choice of food from the food menu. Priority Pass access includes 1 choice on the food menu as well as access to the showers.
The choices on the food menu include:
– Shrimp wanton with rice
– Thai style green curry chicken
– Glass noodles with prawns
– Thai style basil chicken
– Crispy shrimp burger
– Baked rice with chicken and mushroom
This time, we went with Thai-style Green Curry Chicken and this was it…
We were a little disappointed by the portion but the taste was still ok – a tad on the salty side. But, everything goes well with a Coke right? ;P As the portion of the curry chicken was really too small, we cooked up a cup of instant noodles. Hot water was located next to the coffee machine.
After having our fill, we decided to check out the showers…
Showers at the Haven by JetQuay Landside T3 Singapore Changi Airport
To reach the showers, you’ll have to draw the shower room keys from the counter. On the way over, we snapped a picture of the nap rooms at the Haven by JetQuay where prices start from $75 for a 3-hours block…
We must say that the shower was really good. Clean, made-up with towels ready inside. Shampoo and body foam provided as well. Hot waters came on promptly. Overall, a great place to take a quick shower if you have to.

We hope you have enjoyed our review of the Haven by JetQuay, airport lounge at Terminal 3 of the Singapore Changi International Airport. The unique thing about this lounge is that it is located on the landside, a break-away from the traditional airport lounges that are only found on airside. If you have also visited the Changi Lounge at the Jewel (also a landside lounge at Changi Airport), let us know how it compares to the Haven by JetQuay as well!
