For us (especially Kate), the highlight was definitely the desserts! As recommended by Mr. Peter Yeong (F&B Manager Amara Singapore), the signature at Amara Singapore is the Cempedak Creme Brulee! The Cempedak (Jackfruit) Creme Brulee was rich with the creamy taste of cempedak yet smooth in texture on each mouthful. Yum! The cempedak log cake creation was also a hit. The varying textures of the crunchy cempedak and fluffy cake made this dessert a must-try during your visit to the buffet dinners of Element Restaurant @ Amara Singapore!
