Tom One Fullerton is possibly one of the best locations to watch the National Day Parade fireworks & fly past for SG50 this year! Here’s the quick low down of some of the shots we took during the National Day Parade Preview from the Pelican Seafood Bar & Grill at One Fullerton!
Kate and I felt proud to be Singaporeans (#proudtobesingaporean) when we saw the preview of the fly past! We thought about how our nation grew to be what it is today. We talked about what our nation would be like at SG100. We then realised that our leaders then are probably not born yet. Do you realise that to get to SG100, we in this generation, will need to build on the successes of the Pioneer Generation so that our future leaders who are yet to be born, can lead us further from a position of strength? What a surreal yet profound thought!
The evening ended with amazing firework displays!
At The Pelican Seafood Bar & Grill, we had one of the best crab cakes ever! The crab cakes at the Pelican definitely tops the version we had at the Heathman Lodge’s Hudson’s Bar and Grill. Take a look at this shot of the crab cake close up…
Notice the chunky fresh crab meat within? Possibly one of the best crab cakes in Singapore! What’s more, you’ll be able to enjoy Happy Hours at the Pelican from Mondays to Saturdays from 12pm to 8pm which includes 1664 Blanc and Lager!
