During our visit to Spain, Kate planned for both cities of Madrid and Barcelona. Hence, we not only got to visit Bernabeu Stadium (check out this post on the cheapest and fastest way to see Bernabeu Stadium) but we got to see Camp Nou where Messi plies his trade at FC Barcelona!
Getting to Camp Nou Home of FC Barcelona
There are 2 metro lines to get to Camp Nou in Barcelona. They are
Line 3: Metro stop Palau Reial or Les Corts
Line 5: Metro stop Collblanc or Badal
However, unlike the metro stop next to Bernabeu Stadium in Madrid, these stops still require you to walk about 10 minutes before you reach the stadium…

The Camp Nou Experience costs 25β¬ and will take you to the dressing room, players tunnel, playing field, trophy room and even a space dedicated to Messi. Unlike Bernabeu Stadium, there isn’t really a “main entrance” where you can take a shot of the stadium. You best bet would be at the bridge that overlooks the stadium. Near, the stadium, you’ll also be able to take photos with Barcelona legends such as Ladislao Kubala…
Designs for the new Camp Nou has been released and is slated for the 2021/22 season. Perhaps by then, there will be a Messi statue as well π
You’ll also be able to visit the FC Barcelona Official Store. There’s also a printing room where you can print your names on jerseys and receive them on the spot. Will someone please print “Tom (2bearbear)” and “Kate (2bearbear)” and send it to us? π
